So... a friend of my brother's was nicknamed this... I knew it wasn't nice and never figured out more than that. But apparently it's a carafe for water or wine... empty, of course, it refered to the "friend's" mind. Heard it recently in a song by the Cretan band Hainides and had to look it up.
